We are living in intense times, and always, it is time to honour our sacred body-temple; this tender, soft, flesh and blood body that has been with us through it all, and carries the inheritance of generations.
Now is always the best time to say YES to our bodies, to attentively tend and care for this temple.

We begin this journey right where you are, with love, appreciation, tender compassion, and deep respect. We ease our way purposefully in the direction of greater wholeness.
We delve deeply into the research and the profound wisdom of your bio-individuality. We listen to your body. We apply what we learn from the wealth of knowledge that we gain, and continue the practice.
We meet twice monthly for one-on-one sessions to celebrate victories, share new insight, and gain greater clarity.
You are held within a group, and lavished with inspirational resources.
We journey for six months, laughing our way through it all, celebrating successes, navigating challenges, and honouring the resplendence that YOU are.

OUR APPROACH
This is a holistic approach; a path of abundance, experimentation and expansion.
As we explore the ways in which we nourish our sacred-body temple, we discover ways in which our family, culture, and society weave into our emotional cycles, and personal conditioning - and influence our food choices. We move at the pace of earth-time, body-time, honouring all aspects of ourselves, allowing the emotions to well up, listening for the wisdom in all that comes to light, ever moving towards greater abundance, and expansion.
On this path of abundance, there are no restrictive lists. Research consistently shows that we succeed best and maintain lasting results by crowding out unwholesome choices with flavoursome, whole, nourishing foods that delight us. We experiment with expanding our palette, and re-educating our taste buds with nutrient-dense, satisfying meals.
We get in the practice of maintaining every precious, resplendent gain. We apply the knowledge gained from the research, and the wisdom of your body every step of the way. We achieve lasting results.

YOUR TRAVELLING COMPANION
I did not begin this life's journey on a plant-based, nutrient-dense diet. I grew up eating breakfast cereals, Little Debbie snacks, a whole lot of broccoli, and chicken!
After years of experimentation, learning, discovering and re-discovering, I can say that I now eat a mostly nutrient-dense, plant-rich diet. I have learned a lot, and am still learning to listen to the elegant intelligence of this sacred body.
I also have an insatiable desire for knowledge. I have a keen curiosity, and an appreciation for research. I quickly found that the world of nutrition is rife with so many confusing, contradictory claims.
In 2012, I attained board certification as a health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I surveyed hundreds of dietary theories, and took a deep dive into the clear fundamentals of nutrition. Since then, I have continued to deepen my understanding with Dr. Fuhrman's research, as well as other leading doctors. I am in a continuous cycle of practice and learning.
It has been over a decade and a half since the day I announced, after months of deliberation - a forkful of fettuccine alfredo (with chicken) midway to my mouth: I have become a vegetarian - and my mother cleared my plate from the table. It has been a rollicking ride of experimentation, discovery, and re-discovery, re-starts, and do-overs. If I didn't know how to laugh, I wouldn't be here. Thankfully, I do, and every step has been well worth it.
It is a joyous journey, full of laughter, and deeply delicious, nourishing food.
It is an honour and joy to stand before you now, at this threshold crossing, to welcome you on this journey, as your travelling companion.
